Speaker:
Dr. Mohammad Yaghoobi, MD, MSc, AFS, FRCPC, FACG
Dr Yaghoobi is an advanced endoscopist, Associate Professor of Medicine, and Associate Faculty Member in the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact at McMaster University. He serves as the Medical Director of the McMaster Barrett’s Clinic. His clinical and academic interests focus on therapeutic endoscopy, as well as conducting systematic reviews and meta-analyses in the field of advanced endoscopy. His research has been cited over 3,000 times. Dr. Yaghoobi was appointed the inaugural Editor-in-Chief of the ACG Case Reports Journal and currently serves as an editor for Cochrane GUT, the Systematic Reviews Editor for BMC Gastroenterology, and an Associate Editor for the Journal of the Canadian Association of Gastroenterology.
