Dr. Cara Pray is a Staff Gastroenterologist at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at McMaster University. She completed her core Gastroenterology training at McMaster University, where she also pursued an Advanced Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) fellowship.
Dr. Pray’s clinical expertise lies in complex inflammatory bowel disease, with a special interest in optimizing care for patients during pregnancy. She is currently leading the development of a pre-conception and pregnancy clinic at McMaster University to support individuals with IBD throughout their reproductive journey.
